Every great love story starts somewhere. Ours started at a bouldering gym, somewhere between the V3s and V5s, where Marius kept pointing out 'obvious' beta that Michelle was absolutely already aware of.
Our Timeline
2020
First Sends
We met at [Bouldering Gym — placeholder] on a rainy Tuesday. Marius spotted Michelle wrestling with a particularly stubborn problem. After a few attempts — and some arguably unsolicited advice — we finally introduced ourselves properly. Chalk-covered handshake and all.
2021
Outside & Together
What started indoors quickly moved to the crags. We spent weekends arguing about grades, sharing snacks at the base of routes, and watching sunsets from ledges. Somewhere between all of it, something clicked.
2022
The Cats Arrive
Every serious relationship needs a test. Ours came in the form of two rescue cats. We passed. Cat 1 and Cat 2 immediately claimed the apartment as their kingdom and us as their staff.
2023
Adventures & Milestones
We traveled, discovered new walls, cooked too many failed dinners, and slowly realized that whatever we were building together was something neither of us wanted to stop.
2025
The Question
On a clear evening at [location — placeholder], surrounded by the kind of quiet that makes important things loud, Marius asked. Michelle said yes. The cats were unimpressed, but supportive.
